At Trapstar London, we provide a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales may be subject to specific final sale terms.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and branded labels remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label via the portal and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
